1:1 Health Coaching
This is a 3 month, program that connects you back to your best self. Focus can be on food, meditation, journaling, and movement to create a custom framework for your new, sustainable, healthy lifestyle.
Committing to your health is committing to yourself! Kick your health and wellness into high-gear in this 3 month 1:1 private coaching including personal training, health coaching, nutrition guidance, and more!

Learn how to eat to nourish your body, move your body because you love yourself, implement simple tools and wellness strategies that will help you sleep better, be more present, have gratitude, improve your health, and feel energized.

Be in the Moment
Nikki is a yoga, HIIT, and Barre instructor, she is also a Holistic Health Coach through Institute of Integrative Nutrition. Nikki is trained in Yoga Shred, Yoga Psychology, meditation, chakra balancing, and EFT/Tapping.
She has done trainings with Sadie Nardini and Ashley Turner.
She got her 200 hour yoga teacher training in 2017 at the Carrie Treister School Of Yoga.
Nikki takes a holistic view of health, helping her students and clients reach a place of self-love not just through movement, but with mindset and lifestyle guidance as well.
