"An apple a day keeps the doctor away but an onion a day keeps everyone away"
Somewhere along the way people have started to fear fruit. Oh it has way too much sugar in it. The keto craze has made people afraid to consume it.
Here's the thing, unless your doctor or nutritionist has told you, you shouldn't eat fruit, or you're allergic, or have a fruitoce intolerance to certain fruits then there is nothing to be afraid of.
Fruits provide so much fiber, vitamins, hydration, and more.
If you are someone that needs to stick to lower sugar foods then berries are the way to go for you. If you have a fructose intolerance then stick to bananas, blueberries, strawberries and stay away from fruit higher in fructose such as apples, grapes, and watermelon.
If you're allergic to certain fruits avoid those fruits completely.
