The Importance of Good Daily Habits.




Motivation will get you started, but habits is what keeps you going.


There are bad habits that people try to break then there are good habits that help you reach your life goals.


First, what is motivation? Motivation is the ability to continuously breathe life into whatever you do.


What is a habit? A habit is a routine of behavior that is repeated regularly and tends to occur subconsciously.


Highly motivated people have daily habits. They create a routine that works for them and enforces good habits.


My Daily Habits:

  1. Make Your Bed

  2. Warm Water With Lemon

  3. Meditate/Breathe Work

  4. Journal

  5. Get Dressed everyday even if you work from home.

  6. Drink lots and lots of water

  7. Exercise and move your body regularly

  8. Set Goals for the day, week, month, year.

  9. Take Care of Yourself



Start off small. If you want to be motivated and create habits your goals should help you grow but still feel attainable. If you want to start exercising everyday shoot for 2 times a week. Write it down, set a meeting with yourself that you do not cancel on.


Spend time with and around others that are helpful and highly motivated people.


Celebrate your wins and victories. One of the best ways to stick to healthy habits and stay motivated is by celebrating yourself and everything you have accomplished that week. Positive reinforcement is huge, too many times we focus on what we didn't do or get done, but even if it is small and you finished your to-do list don't forget to celebrate.
